Well, I do actually need to get Ion's plot rolling already. He could always show up just as Ion's being carted off the surgery?

...that would be Duo's luck too. :x

I can set something up then. He'd totally stay and wait for him to get out of surgery, too.

I think I can NPC the doctors long enough to set everything up. Is Ion going to be conscious enough to react before they take him back, if he sees Duo?
